Kindred is rooted in the belief that by combining the arts, community, and intention, we can create a space for liberation and healing on an individual and collective level.

Our goal is to provide a wide range of liberatory arts experiences throughout Chicago and beyond. We believe that the arts and intention are powerful catalysts for Wellness and we strive to make these resources accessible.

Our offerings include open studio pop-ups, youth art programs, natural mandala art sessions, mental health and wellness support, coaching, support groups, and intentional sports and wellness coaching.

We invite you to join us in exploring the transformative power of the arts and intention in fostering healing and liberation.
